Who wants to ride like Dino????
Another limited production '66 Chevrolet C-20 Factory Crew Cab pickup with a BBW is for sale in the CA area. This thing appears to be a solid starting point.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1966-...item4a9cb3a334 1966 CHEVY P.U. C20 ¾ TON This a very rare ( 1 of 130) Six Man Crew Cab Chevy ordered at a dealer in the San Diego Ca. and sent by the factory to be built at Stageway Coaches Inc. in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I have the original window sticker listing the options. The truck is all original with a 292 6 cylinder engine and a 4 speed trans. It runs and drives great. I bought it to build a street rod out of it but was in a car accident and now I’m unable to build it myself. Therefore I have gone in another direction to buy a street rod already done. I had taken the frt sheetmetal /doors off and sent them out to have them sandblasted and zinced and epoxy primed. I had cut the bottoms of the doors off prior to sending the doors to be blasted. Since then we welded door bottom panels on .Then stripped the rest of the truck only to find one little spot of bondo on the bottom of the left fender. We have not done the bodywork yet just primed the truck only! It would make a great /rare street rod or back to original if wanted It was also ordered with factory air and a big back glass. If you have any questions please give me a call my name is Randy (619)997-4205 Thanks for looking! All I see is one slick tow rig.

Re: Who wants to ride like Dino????
The thing is...Chevy trucks no matter how rare or original have never really been a "Collector Car" Yes its cool if in fact its 1 of 130 but thats doesnt by any means double or even triple the value. I dont know too many people searching for an original crewcab chevy truck to put in their 10000 square foot garage so they can brag about how much they paid for it.

Re: Who wants to ride like Dino????
I can see how this truck would be worth more than say one in a field, but $15K? I hope he gets it and I already feel sorry for the guy who pays that much for it. I would think $5-7K for a truck like that would be tops. Yes it is 1 of 130, but most people dont care about that, only the die hard truckers want one of those.
