Front and rear
I was looking at valves and found the 2-Way BigRed airvalve and it says it will operate 2 wheels both up and down. Could i use just for the front and rear of my truck?, or do i need to spend the extra and get the 4-way BigRed from air ride tech?

I suggest the 4-way system.
You need individual control of each bag. Combining the front together and the rear together will allow for air transfer between bags, when going around corners. |

So your considering buying your valves twice? I don't see the logic there. I understand cost may prohibit you from doing it all at once. I feel you should save yourself some time and money and do it once.

Yup, I'm going to try the manuals and see what happens. It's not like I'm spending $$$ twice. Manual valves are cheap and I can still use the tank and compressor if I decide to go electric. It's either manual or manifold and I cant see spending $500, if $160 will work. I dont want a 8-valves and all the fittings. Clean and simple is what I'm after.

I saw those valves on sd's website has anybody used those valves and how do they work? Where does the air go when you lower the truck?Can you wire the 4 way valve from air ride just for front and back. I just want two switchs.

A couple of schrader valves will work too, but that's not the point. Yes, 160.00 is cheaper than 500.00 but there is a BIG gap in what you are getting. I can tell you from experience that you need at least a 6 valve system to minimize body roll on these trucks.

Please do everyone a favor and research this company before you recommend them. Google AIM-Chassis Tech- Airbagit.com or what ever bogus name they are hiding behind this month. Read the results and see if you are willing to gamble your hard earned money on their product.

Here is a post from someone at SD about the manuals. I'm def going to give it a shot. I could care less about waiting 5-10 secs to raise it up. It's not like your going to sit there for 10 minutes waiting for it to air up. I remember a post from Jason at AVS saying he had a ride with them and they worked great, just slow. I cant find them on their site, but I think he said they carry them too.
