REcover old seat or newer silverato seat with folddown?

I am getting close to doing something with seat. My two choices are to replace cover on old seat or buy used silverato seat with folddown console. I have seen one or two, looks pretty nice.

Silverato seat is below. Not quite fair, as this one I think has been modified...

I love the original seats; If it can be saved then I say stay original!

here was my final solution. I think I will go back and have him put RED chevy emblem in center of back seat next year...
