69 panel for sale/trade

2wd, 1/2ton, 350 4 speed PS,PB,new: Edelbrock carb and intake, headers and exhaust, oil and water pump, radiator. I have 2 bucket seats to put in, Rally wheels w/good rubber. It needs rubber door seals, etc.It has the rusty rockers and along the lower edges that usually happens,I live 20 miles east of Nashville, TN I'd like to trade it for a good suburban, 67 and up or will sell for $3500.
