Sway Bar
Does anyone know if someone makes a kit to raise a swaybar?

Why do you want to raise your sway bar, lowered truck? I think it is at that height for a reason. I dont think you are supposed to modify it, but I could be wrong.

Make a kit? No. But it shouldnt be too difficult. Just cut down the "legs" of the tabs in the middle, and fab some raised mounts for the a-arms.

Fabrication would be easy:
Get a small piece of angled steel from a local yard. Weld it to the frame so you have a level surface (like stock setup) for the frame bracket and bushing to mount on. For the spacers on the A-arms you could buy some rectangular steel tubing (heavy wall) and just use it like a big washer. Drill a couple holes in it and get some longer bolts, then bolt it all up.

Drill out the rivits and flip the bushings, inside of the mount, then bolt the brackets back to the frame...
Lifts the bushing up about 2" or so...
