FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Here's the Blazer that I picked up from "83Silverado"... an outstanding individual to do business with... as well as the delivery guy "Fine69"... AWESOME communication from both of these guys... definitely recommended!
Anyways... here are a few pics... I'm looking to change some things up and use it as my DD. Thanks, Anthony

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Well after looking at it for a bit last night... here are some of the things instored. The Previous Owner (NOT 83Silverado, but B4 him) appears to have done somethings half A$$. So there are things that will definitley get attention... some changes on the outside is going to be a lower stance, add airdamn, remove the black molding and install the chrome molding, wheel well trim, and maybe the fender badges, add spacers to the back to bring the wheels out. The inside needs more attention to details... bolts missing, rear ashtrays missing, carpet mismatched, side panels torn up, doors misaligned... etc etc... moreless needs some TLC all around.
I would like the outside to look like the truck... but not the wheels nor the hard drop. Anthony

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Thanks...
Today I painted up the wipers, removed the broken antenna, installed some new strikers and bushings (doors and body line up a lot better)... and they close so much-o better

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Thanks... I went and did some shopping today for some inner seat belts... came back with alot more than I expected! lol Kick panels (replaces the carpeted wood ones from previous owner), left lower carpet panel (to replace carpeted wood one), airdam so-so condition, ashtrays (they were missing altogether), owners manual, rear tailgate carpet (obviously needs cleaning), spare tire cover, rear view mirror, console cup holder (previous is mismatched). I got home and reliazed I totally forgot to look for wheel well moldings... so back tomorrow!

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Also a clean upgrade for these blazers is to swap out the chrome trim in the windshield gasket and side window gaskets,... for black ones. I think they are still available from the dealer.

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Ditto... It's already on my list... the windshield shops used to stock it in the rolls there if I remember correctly.

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Glad to see you got this! I love this thing. But it does ring a question in my mind. "What happens to the 'TOTM Winner' banner if you win with another truck?" Sorry, that was my first thought! But really...what happens?
I am excited to watch what you do with this beautiful Blazer.

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
That's a nice looking blazer. What kind of wheels are you going to install? stock or aftermarket? I'd like to find one that clean.

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
I don't think I have ever seen that before? Was that an option on the newer K5's?
Or did you scavenge from a Suburban? If from a Suburban I hope it fits. Looks like a nice little trim piece to have!
