Lowering a 63
I'm sure this has been asked before but I've done a search and can't find specifics. I want to lower my truck as much as possible just using springs to begin with and then later when I have the money ill add dropped spindles up front and blocks in back. The question is, how much of a drop can I get with the springs and where is the best place to buy?

This should get you started....
http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=site%...cdf8cbbf06dc4f plus, you can scan the suspension section of this board. Keep in mind, your 63 has the same suspension as the 67-72's. http://www.67-72chevytrucks.com/vboa...splay.php?f=25 Oh, and.... Welcome to the board !!

Re: Lowering a 63
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I was thinking on ordering springs from cpp but i read where several people had a bad experience with them. They do appear to have the best prices on spring kits though.
