clutch fork
how is the clutch linkage attached to the fork, or does it just push againest it? Any pictures? Mine has been modified , I think. Mine floats around on the outside hole of the clutch fork.

Re: clutch fork
There is a wedge shaped piece with a hole in it. The rod passes through the wedge and into the fork. The long spring goes from the fork to the frame, keeping the wedge in place and holding the rod in at the same time. Sorry for the bad pic, but my truck is really low and this is from the top, with the camera sideways. Hope this helps, Jeff.

Re: clutch fork
thanks. looks like I am missing the end of the rod and the spring. Mine is in the outside hole. Yours looks like the inside.

Re: clutch fork
I don't know if I put it in the inside hole or not. The Z-bar was hitting my headers, so I chopped it off and moved it over on the tube. I may have put it in the inside for better alignment. Unfortunatlely, I did it almost 20 years ago, so I don't remember the right hole (get your mind out of the gutter). You can also see that I welded some nuts on it as spacers to take up some slack in the clutch movement. You need the wedge and the long spring for sure. Then put it in the hole that lines up the best. Outside hole should give you less pedal pressure but more pedal travel, inside hole should give you less pedal travel and more pedal pressure. Jeff
