Post Window regulators

I have an 84 1/2 ton with the basic crank windows. After replacing the seals on the windows, I'm having a hard time with the glass staying in the 'track'. They both want to go outwards and out of the groove. Is there an adjustment I can make?

yes with door panel off you can move the window track alittle by loosening a small bolt with 7/16 wrench this track is where the window slides up and down on closest to the door handle also check and lube up the roller track with white grease it will help alot
