Need some help.... 87 step

I am going to look at a 87 stepside tomorrow. The guy said he has a replacement rear fender for it. How hard is it to replace the fender of a stepside? I have never owned one before.

Are they welded on or bolted on?

They just bolt on. You will probably want someone to help you to hold it up, but it shouldn't be too hard.
