Before and after door panel pics
Snagged some grey panels from Flea Bay, when I got them realized they were Burb panels. Oh well ,mine were toasted and they were cheap, hence the extra dummy switch on the driver door panel. Doesn't bother me but will keep an eye out for another panel. Re dyed Desert Tan, with satin finish clear on panels, reupholstered inserts to match seat, new switches,

it's supposed to be going away. Got the "new truck" fever. But the more I do to it, the nicer it looks and the more I want to keep her. Also just added Stainless Steel bed rail caps from LMC. Finished the passenger door panel the other day. Made some more junk yard scores this weekend. Uncracked interior corner panels. I re dyed same color as door panels. Will post pics when they are done. Also scored a mint cluster bezel , for 3 beans, going to order a brushed aluminum overlay for it and put it in as my cluster bezel is beat looking.

It looks real nice. I wouldn't worry about changing it to a truck panel unless it was just super convenient and cheap or something.

You could always wire up the dummy switch for something else, like a kill switch.
