Window Channel for a '50

I've been looking forever to find all the pieces I need to put windows into a stripped down door. I found this and was wondering if anyone knew where to find part 16.190? I've tried all the usual places and they say they don't carry it.
I know this is a pic of a 51-53, but it is the only pic I could find that showed the part.

Re: Window Channel for a '50

It`s hard to see from that picture but is it the channel that holds the rubber wiper/seal or it at the base of the window glass?

I'm not sure if it just holds the glass or if there is a rubber piece that goes inside it.

Here is a picture of the piece.

Here is a pic of where it would be located on the door (only on the inside of course). There are two screws at the bottom that hold it to the door.

Sorry it took so long to respond, I've been out of town.

Thanks again.

That is the Glass Guide.
47-50 trucks have a Left and Right. The window felt channel goes inside the glass guide, then up and around the inside top of the door, and then back down the other guide. The glass rides up and down in the felt channel.

Thank you so much, I've been looking everywhere for one and couldn't find anyone who sold them.

They don't have them either. I guess whoever makes them has quit production or is just getting started. The lady I talked to wasn't sure.

Re: Window Channel for a '50

Here's two more places that show they sell them. It also appears that some places are putting them into a kit with the window channel felt.

SEE PAGE 31: $20.00 each
http://www.billstruckshop.com/Catalo...2%20Master.pdf

Shows a kit for $139.95

I spent two hours today looking for anything, and you've got two more. I don't know how you did it, but thanks again.

Re: Window Channel for a '50

I've been saving these kinds of things out of junk doors. The last set of doors I bought was missing one and one was rotted out. Amazing since the doors weren't that bad.

No go at LMC. I ordered a kit from Brothers that may include it. Not sure yet.

I called yesterday and they were about to ship it. . . finally. I'll tell you once it gets in.
