Blinker and Brake Light Issues

Okay guys I have a 84 chevy c30 crew cab.... just got the headlights working and driving lights but now.... the blinkers STILL dont work and nothing lights up when i push the breaks therefore I DONT KNOW what the issue is.... can anyone help me with any of this? also when i turn the lights on none of the dash lights come on either... any help would be much appreciated thanks guys

Check power at the brake switch under the dash. Clean the rear wiring harness connection. Check the ground instrument cluster. It could also be a bad fuse.

any ideas which fuse it is?? and also what are the chances of the blinker switch going bad? and where is the ground for the instrument panel lol sorry about all the questions.... but im stumped i got all the lights on my 84 shortbed to work but this one is more of a pain for some reason

Anyone have any ideas?? how can i check the blinker switch? do i have to remove the steeringwheel and what not? any info would be great

Check all your fuses first of all.
Do you have a multi-meter?

I would take a look at the turn signal switch, too. I was having trouble with the brake lights on my '79, and the terminal in the turn signal switch had backed out, and wasn't making a good connection. I pulled the truck half apart first, though.

Okay i Got all of them to work except for the front right blinker and the dash lights.... i am wondering if its my printed circuit board jackin up.....
