99-06 Silverado Seats in a 47-53 Truck??

Anyone put these seats in a 47-54? See this link for picture:

From my measurements they might be a tad too wide. Would like to know before buying a set. I suppose you could modify the brackets and squeeze the outside seats towards the center seat to make the whole thing narrower. Would prefer not to have to do that though.


They do have flat mounting feet and integrated shoulder belts, so they would be nice seats.

I have a 99 Silverado with those seats and have taken measurements and they just look a tad too wide.

They also made ones that didnt have a seat in the middle for the extended cabs, dont want that, need 3 seats.

After further reveiw, I think the bottom custions are about 2" too wide and side ones on top about 1" too wide.

Still would be interested to see if anyone has made them work, but for now I think my Chevy Astro van bench seat will have to work unless someone shows me otherwise that the rado seats can be made to fit.

I'm looking at Titan seats. They might narrower but still have the center section like the Chevy seats

I'd like to see some pics. I have 60/40 on hold until I see how they look in the cab corner glass from outside.

I would like to see pics of the colorado 60/40 seat. I think those have the recess for a cup hold in the middle which would be perfect for a 6 speed shifter sticking up!
