LQ9 swap on 1989 c1500??

Hello , I am planning to swap out my engine for a LQ9 before the year ends. So I am planning to use my truck as a daily driver and keeping it EFI but I want to change the cam for bigger cam without changing the stock converter .

What cam for daily use ?
What long tube header would work on my c1500 with lq9?
What motor mounts will work ?
What tranny should i get if I am planning to stay with EFI?

Just asking to see how much I have to come out of pocket ..
