that is only the second one i have seen.the first one claimed to be a 1959 but i don't know it looks like a 60-63 cab .

I would agree. Sadly the 60-63 is the ugliest one there. Yikes!

And the mirrors on the one above, that has to be a owner add on, right?

No, I think that was a limited option by a west coast dealer, only about 30 were built in the second half of 61'

None of my books or posters feature that style cabover. There was a Square Cabover nick named the cracker box.

There used to be conversion companies that built stuff like that for certain applications. I know a lot of car haulers and such were built like that. They did a bunch of crazy things.
