new replacement fenders
Are these reproduction steel replacement fenders any good and how well do they line up . if anybody got any pic of these fenders on there truck, post them please . thanks steve

The ones my dad got a couple years ago would not fit at all, would have taken alot more repairs than the rusted old ones did to bring back to life. I guess it would really depend on what brand they are too. good luck.

They can fit fine and they can fit bad its aggravating for us to. Its one part I would buy locally if you can. It alwyas seems to us that one side will fit and the other side never does. On stock radiator supports or aftermarket to.
Seems like they never want to line up real good at the front at the joint with the supports. You can reshape and make them fit but most people don't want to pay the money and have to work on them to. Also sometimes their will be a wider gap in the middle at the doors then the top or bottom. This is one part you will have to work on unfortunately. If aftermarket is all you can find they will fit but be prepared is all i can say. For a daily driver and for actual use as a truck they work fine. Last edited by mbgmike; 04-21-2011 at 10:35 AM.
