How and what to tweak to make lowering shocks fit

Got these shocks as part of the lowering kit from Brothers. As you can see the bushings from the old to the new are very different. What way is best to get these new shocks to fit in the existing mounts?

i have the same ones... I just cut down the bushing with a razor blade
