Who sells good lower trim clips (photo attached)
I am looking for some good clips for the lower wide trim. Attached is a photo of what I have found so far. The silver one on the left came with some chrome that I got from one vendor. It will work but I am hoping to find original type. The black center clip came with my complete trim package. The black one also came with a set that another board member got from another vendor. It is identical to what you get when you order a GM part #342999. Notice it is about 1/8" (the correct length is 4") shorter than the others and unless it is perfectly centered, will not hold one edge of the chrome. It will not work and as far as I am concerned, is junk. The green one on the right is an original piece off of my '72. Does anyone sell the correct green part anymore?
