2wd Blazer/Truck suspensions

Will 67-72 swb 2wd truck supension componets bolt on to a 2wd 69-72 blazer chassis? Will anything at all bolt right up to a Blazer? Things like: spindles, springs. reaends, trailing arms, sterring gear box etc..

Thanks,
Ron
