My daily driver
This is the finished product so far... The truck runs very well and drives great, now that frontend is correct..The 5.3 engine packs a punch too! I will soon be adding a/c from southern air, also electric windows .but as of now me and the wife just go out and enjoy the ride and love seeing the looks on peoples faces when they see this beast coming down the road!!!

Re: My daily driver
Looks great! Any idea what kind of mileage you get with that 5.3? They do fairly well in a big ole suburban, seems like in a lighter vehicle they could do pretty decent and be pretty darn peppy too.

Re: My daily driver
Its very good on gas. And has plenty of power you would think its a 6.0 the way it smokes the tires down! !

Re: My daily driver
ratrodmiller. Very nice daily driver. I would rather drive that than any newer truck. It looks like it sets just right and with that motor it should run great too.

Re: My daily driver
You should post a short video of the truck. I would like to hear it and see a drive by video!

Re: My daily driver
Perfect truck; I am doing the same drivetrain in a 53. What did you use for fuel line from tank to engine, also what kind of fuel pump? Thanks Bill

Re: My daily driver
Did you use the master cylinder and pedal assembly out of the s-10 too? Do you have any pics of your pedal set up?
