I've got a 2007 2500 HD LT Classic, will this work on it?

I think it's just the 03-04 with the CD changer/SAT. I'll try to find the install info.

Re: 03-04 AUX-Input. Connect your ipod or any other device to your factory radio.
I have a 2004 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT Z71 it has the stock CD/Cassette, am/fm, 2 xm channel, and navigation. I am looking for the part to be able to hook up an ipod without having to change out the head unit.

You will still need an AUX-Input device like the one I have listed above to connect the iPod cable to.
