Question NP 435 swap. Anyone done it?

I've was given a good working order NP 435 4-speed out of a '72 F350. I'm going to try to get it to bolt up to the bellhousing, and order the correct adapter for the bearing retainer and such.

My truck is a 292 3-speed column shift 1/2 ton coil sprung truck. Just wondering if anyone else has done the swap? My main concerns are where the shifter will come through the floor and if I'll have to lengthen/shorten the driveshaft or change yokes?

Your truck is a good candidate for an S10 T-5 swap.
