The '62 came home yesterday, but ......
......it's still up in the air if Im gonna build it, sell it complete, or part it !
It does need some rust repair....but it's still a short bed '62 !!! Check it out !! (using my sons phone, it takes small crappy pics) First thing I did, is put the rear springs back in (they were in the bed) - - - - Dude's son-n-laws truck in street....exact twin ! Now I know where the clean hood went on !! - - - - Clean Gate and Bed Sides .... - - - - - - - - - -

I say put it together and drive it. I may be able to help with some of the 'not available' body patch pieces.

Re: The '62 came home yesterday, but ......
John,
How are the lower doors?....... I see little bit of rust at the bottom. If they are good....I say part it and we will do some negotiating! If they are bad I say restore it! I should be ashamed of my self!

Re: The '62 came home yesterday, but ......
I wonder if the "L" is for Los Angeles. That's what it meant on the 59 and earlier trucks.
But you never know. My "Z" code on my 65 frame means Oakland but they were actually build in Fremont as I understand it.

It really looks good as just landscaping art ... if you ask me ...
I have it parked parallel to the fench under my trees. Wife already asked "Is anyone gonna buy it yet?" The least she knows the better !! Shhhh!
