Poverty caps for 71 gmc 3/4 ton

I have a 71 3/4 ton 2wd with the factory 16.5 steelies on it. When I got the truck it had 2 originals on the front that are in rough shape and two mismatched ones on the rear. My question is can you get new ones anywhere, or will I just gave to try and find good used ones?

I don't think those are being reproduced. You will have to find the original ones as far as I know.

Re: Poverty caps for 71 gmc 3/4 ton

Well, you might find some at www.hubcaps.com . They aren't actually poverty caps. They are hubcaps. I guess someone could call painted hubcaps "poverty",but the chrome ones were the most deluxe option. They refer to car hubcaps as poverty because the higher end option was wheelcovers. But even on the 1/2 tons, which for the first time had wheelcovers available, they are called hubcaps.
