I had to replace the very back section of the ceiling as well.
![]() New insulation... ![]() Bead board... ![]() ![]() And the dinette back in with some new laminate wood floors. I still need to trim the floors and a few other small things but we'll be able to use it soon! ![]() ![]()

The bulk of the damage was from water intrusion in the back right corner. I think it was poorly maintained and that's the corner the A/C water drains to so it was all running in the wall and on to the floor.

I have been looking for a small travel trailer, so I could restore/rebuild it, not a huge job! but I havent found what I am looking for yet. I seen some canned hams and some in the late 50's through the 70's, under 16' but most I have seen are way over my price point. If you see anything, let me know.
