Inside Leakage
On My 81 C-10 Scottsdale..I get a leak on the floorboard from under the dash right over the brake peddle whenever there is a hard rain (and it hasnt been driven) I just bought the truck a year ago and its obvious its been this way for a while cause the carpet is rotted there. The screen under the windshield wipers is clear of debris so I dont know where its coming from. Anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like your windshield gasket is leaking from that area.

I have a small leak from the windshield rubber.
The jack@$$ who replaced the front windshield bent the steel trying to get it out and now it leaks. It finds its way down to the pedal like your explaining. I cant see it leaking around the seal because of how it runs down the inside of the seal then it looks as if it comes out of the bottom right about the column. Check into it some more. Its probly there. Sounds just like mine.
