Disc brake conversion and wheel clearance question

I recently picked up a '56 3100 that has 15" Cragar wheels on it. The first thing i want to do is put on a disc brake conversion (likely front only to start). That said, I want to get a 6-lug rotor so i can keep the existing wheels...BUT, how will i know if the 15" wheels will have enough clearance with the caliper?

I dont' want to buy a kit and then have to buy new wheels.. Here's a picture of the wheel type..

Thoughts?
