ok i just got my airbags from AVS and i have some cups and plates that i dont know what do do with the large plates i know are for the front..then i have 2 sets of cups both 5.5" one set is about 2 inches tall with small holes and the other is about 3" tall and has the same small holes and a large hole..then i have some round plates again with small holes ...lol what is all this ...what do i need to mount the bags on the back? i was thinking i didnt need anything for the back just the bag and put a bolt through my arm and then mount the bag to the frame where the spring used to be...what do i do?

The plates bolt up to the crossmember's spring pocket covering the hole the coil spring slides up into and you need to drill the holes in the crossmember to mount it. The cups bolt to the bottom of the airbag and rest into the lower control arms' spring pocket. I'd use the shorter set as it sounds like the other set could be used instead of the plates since it's has the hole for the air fitting.

On the rears, you are correct in that you can just bolt the bag in using a long bolt through the trailing arm and then drill the required holes in the frame to both mount the bag and a relief for the fitting to go through.

thanx man i got the bags with shrader valves just for now but they are very short...what can i use to go from the valve to the bag?

and what are the 5.5" flat round plates i have for?

For the schreader valves, you just need to mount them where ever you want that's accessible so you can fill/release air. Then you'd need a fitting on the bag with 1/4" ptc or compression (use DOT approved stuff) and the schreader and run some line from fitting to fitting. The bag fitting will be inside the crossmember's spring pocket, so you need to drill a hole in the side for it to come out of.

A notes here:

1. Use grommets where the line passes through metal (you can even put some rubber hose over it for extra protection.
2. Keep the lines away from moving parts and heat
3. Run a separate schreader for each bag (tieing them together results in added body roll)

The flat plate is probably to mount the bag to either the trailing arm or the frame in the rear. I'm not using any, you can if you want to I guess.
