Anybody seen one of these?
Found an interesting 1961 that I haven't seen before. Anybody have any info on them? This one seems to have been built for the fire service as a hose truck. It looks to me like it has a foreign tag on the front also.

Re: Anybody seen one of these?
Its the only pic I could find of it. Id be interested to know if it has a chevy front end on a foreign truck or what the deal is. Its definitely different and cool in its own way. The body looks close to the old international or mack fire trucks.

Re: Anybody seen one of these?
School bus chasis are shipped with just the front sheet metal and the dash/column so I suspect that it was finished in the UK by a coach builder.....

It's certainly interesting. I've never seen another one anything like it.

Re: Anybody seen one of these?
That sure would make finding replacment parts fun. We think finding parts for our trucks are hard, think of finding those

Re: Anybody seen one of these?
For a conversion, the front end works nice on it.

Re: Anybody seen one of these?
Was tryna figure out who the coach builder of the 61 was, and came across this 1964 Thibault. Whats interesting is that they used a 60-61 big truck V8 emblem on it, and Ive never seen the bowtie in the 64-66 truck grill.

Re: Anybody seen one of these?
The grill with the bowtie is typical of a '64-'66 medium duty truck grill.
