Shoulder Harness Ticket
My son just got a ticket for no shoulder harness in his 1977 C10. Did this truck have harnesses from the factory? He bought his truck without harnesses but with seatbelts. No disputing that he needs to put them in but I don't think he should be ticketed for this if the factory did not install or PO removed. Anyone know for sure?

I know 73-75? K-5 Blazers with complete removable tops did not have sholder belts. I had a 74 that only had lap belts. I'm betting that his did but the PO removed before then.
