are classicparts patch panals any good

i have bad things about repops and i just wanted to know if these are worth getting

I think they are made in Taiwan, but I used them to replace the cab corners and rear 1/4 fenders on the bed and they worked just fine. Just remember, small spot welds until the panel is fully welded. If you get them too hot, they WILL warp, along with the original sheet metal.

If you take your time and do some research, your finished product will need little to no bondo to smooth out. I used a 2 part catalyzed primer after the repairs and even it was really not needed. It helped in filling in some grinder and sanding marks, that's about it.

I used parts from one of our old site vendors here.. They were Key Auto Parts parts and they were wonderful.. nice and thick and worked well
