Nice Burb and I love those wheels! They are number 2 on my list and would love to see them mounted on yours.
As far as lowering kits, there are plenty of vendors to choose from. I bought some rear springs from ECE (Early Classic Enterprises). They are a 4" drop that are burb specific. You can use the ones from a C-10 in any height. I picked up some drop spindles local on Craigslist, and the front springs from a board member. Good luck with the drop and be sure to post some "after" pics with those Smoothies on!

Nice burb!! It will look great with the wheels. I had a set on my burb for a while. They fit these trucks nice.

A couple of guys have put spinner caps on them and it looks sharp. Also seen them with small hub caps.
