lt1 swap fuel problem????

I have an 86 c10 I just put in an lt1 and wired it had the pcm to remove vats and emissions starts up and dies I check fuel pressure and it was very low its supposed to be at least 40 ps1 mines at about 15 psi was wondering if my fuel tank is the problem I bought a external fuel injection pump that produces up to 50 psi it was recommended from lt1swap.com so not sure what to do?

Are you running any type of fuel filter? It might be plugged. My LT1 that sat for many years before I fired it. I had to tap on the injectors to free them up to get the idle to smooth out by my fuel pressure was always where it was suppose to be. I'm using a fuel pump in the tank.

Did you run it by people on LT1swap?

figured it out my truck came with the dual tank setup so i removed the one tank on the passenger and the electronic valve and made new lines going directly to the drivers side tank and my psi jumped straight up to 40 psi and truck fired up in an instant! thanks guys for help
