Nice looking truck Wooty, sorry to hear about your injury. You might have better luck listing your truck in the truck section rather than parts. Here's a link to the trucks for sale area. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/c...cat.php?cat=13

Wooty, I am going to reply to your email here only because I have indeed replied to all of your email contacts, and you obviously are not getting them. Please check your spam file in your email. I have not been ignoring you etc as you think.
As for the site rules they are listed at the top of every page of the forums. As for your last question in email, your post here shows fine. If you made a post somewhere else, please let me know so that I can better help you. |

Everything for sale on the site needs to have a price. No auction type sales... Hope that helps.

Re: Must sell my project truck--1978 chevy k30 pickup
Sorry you have to let your truck go, it sure looks like a beautiful beast!
The no price messages are because you didn't post a price in the first post on this thread. Your ad in the Trucks for Sale section has a price clearly listed, but this thread in the Parts section does not. I hope that clears up the confusion for you. Nobody is trying to be mean or confuse you and I sincerely hope that the site will be able to facilitate the sale of your truck. And just so there is a price on this thread, Wooty is asking $10,000 for his truck.

Re: Must sell my project truck--1978 chevy k30 pickup
What's so hard to understand? If you can type all these posts, you can type numbers with a $ in front. That's what people do when they want to sell something and what people who are interested in buying want to know.

Dear Renagade61
This paint is a Single Stage Urethane, originally was two tone Blue Let me clarify some history here...1978 was a bad year for rust... I rebuilt everything imaginable on this truck... I rebuilt vehicle starting with a cab & bed from a Texas Truck, New GM inner & outer fenders, New doors (I think aftermarket), frame was all sanblasted and painted Way too much to list here, all serial #'s legit, I have clear title Please send other questions, &/or send me an email address I can reply to Thanks, WOOTY |

Re: Must sell my project truck--1978 chevy k30 pickup
I guess we're all just confused why you listed your truck for sale in the parts section. If it is listed here in the parts section as well as in the trucks for sale section, that is dual/cross listing and against the site rules I believe.
With it listed here, we are expecting you to be selling piece by piece, so this is incorrect?

Re: Must sell my project truck--1978 chevy k30 pickup
Dear Randy P,
Firstly: I'm new to this website, so may not have done correctly Secondly: My truck is for sale as a whole, I've have it listed under "Trucks For sale" Thirdly: The reason for my selling this unit is due to my work injury... I'm not making any excuses nor looking for any sympathy... I've been disabled for over 8 months...rec'd a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) So in truth my brain dont work like it used to, "real life" is hard for me If I've made a mistake in this listing then please explain it to me I'll try and understand, then correct my mistake Have a Great Weekend!! Thanks, WOOTY |
