Radiator shroud extenders?

I removed the small 6 cylinder radiator and replaced it with a V8 one.

Is there supposed to be a shroud extender installed to close this big gap on both sides of the radiator?

Re: Radiator shroud extenders?

There's three pieces, two down the sides and one across the top. They have seals stapled to them.

Re: Radiator shroud extenders?

Okay then.

I just walked in from being out at the salvage yard and I did find the 2 sude ones with the rubber gasket still intact.

It never crossed my bald headed mind to look for one that went across the top. I wouldn't have found it anyway since none of the trucks at the yard still had a radiator in them.

Thanks though, now I know what I am missing.
