53 P-UP fuel tank relocation-type
[B] Pictures and type fuel tank used to relocate to rear frame-- would like fuel- fill in rear of truck-- ---eliminate one behind seat in a 1953 Chevy P-PU-- would a 1947-48 fuel tank work---Thanks

Hey Fred, theirs a few different threads going around on here about this same issue. Some are going with the older suburban tanks (up to 40gal). Some are using Mustang, late 60-70s, and some are using s-10 tank setups. For between the frame rails I would think you'll want to look into the Suburbans or mustang tanks. I went with one from a 70 Mustang since it has mounting flanges all around it and a center rear fill which I can place in the bed floor.
