4.5 /6 drop prob

im new to the forum just slammed my virgin 85 i did a 4.5/6 magaughys kit and some 22'' boss 338s problem is that the driver side is about a inch lower side to side i checked the seating of the spring and the centering top cup looks to big for the top coil but not horrible i do customs and bodywork for a living so its not my first rodeo just cannot remember having this prob on a 73-87

Try swapping the springs side to side & see if the issue follows. If so, it can isolate the issue to the spring. If the prob remains on the same side, your initial assessment of the spring not seating correctly would be where I would focus my attention.
