Re: gas pedal adjustment
Can you adjust the throttle cable by the bracket with the square hole on the engine? Either on the intake or bolted to the back of the carb.

Re: gas pedal adjustment
The cable has enough room to open the throttle like the bracket is far enough back it's just the pedal that is to close to the floor there's not enough room to pull the cable tight

Re: gas pedal adjustment
Not sure what your running for a carb, linkage or cable but seems like you just need to take up some slack on the cable.

Re: gas pedal adjustment
What you basically have to do is leave the cable attached to the carb then unbolt the bracket and pull the bracket back till the slack is out of the cable then somehow attch the bracket there . I purchased an AED aluminum throttle bracket for mine and that solved all my problems . Was 80 bucks but money well as easy adjustment for any carb i install now .

Re: gas pedal adjustment
To raise up the pedal take a butt wire connector and remove the plastic shell....... Open up the aluminum and slide it over the cable by the pedal ....slide it towards the pedal raising the pedal and crimp it
