How to identify S10 a-arms?

So I messed up. I pulled upper and lower a-arms off my 1993 S15 chassis to sand blast it. Now that it is painted I have forgotten which location which one mounts to. Da! Can somebody help? I have looked in chiltons and cannot tell. Pictures would be good for both upper and lower. Help!
