Classicparts.com has them, but if I'm reading right, it's your cap that would be leaking?

Ditto, Sounds like you need a new cap worst than a seal.

I agree with the others. You need a new cap, that seal does nothing more than keep the weather out of your cab. It has nothing to do with keeping gas in the tank.

If I remember correctly Wes at Classic Parts had some made with a material superior than what others had been selling.

When I would fill mine up all the way it would also leak. It would happen no matter if the truck was level or not. I thought it might be thermal expansion of the gas as it would happen when it was warmer outside and gas would just push out and start dripping down the side ruining the paint in the sun. I always stopped filling at 3/4 tank. I will have to try a new cap to see if that works. Anyone else with similar experience/?

Is the gas leaking on the inside of the cab or on the outside ? Most times it's the short hose connecting the filler to the tank, they shrink and crack.

Something is wrong with the venting. I can't tell you exactly what way it is but it may be a vented/non-vented cap issue.

It's you cap. But a new gasket would look better than the painted one you have on there IMO.
