5.3 computer mount options

Trying to figure out how to hold my computer to my inner fender, any pics or suggestions?

Re: 5.3 computer mount options

I drilled 2 holes on the edge of my PC and bolted it to my inner fender. I'm also making a bracket to support it on the side by the engine. This is on my S10 and room is a premium.

Re: 5.3 computer mount options

Mine is mounted right behind that little vent on the inner fender on my 66. Its got silicon padding under it to aid any vibration and prevent metal to metal. Its held in with a vulcanized rubber strap, and I can pop it in and out easily as an anti-theft mech.

Re: 5.3 computer mount options

Plan is for mine to be on firewall (adding Vintage Air), in some kind of something to hide it...but for now I just mounted it on a piece of metal and bolted to inner fender.
