Proportioning Valve, what goes where

I took this off a 74 pick-up a while back and cannot remember what lines go where. It came off the front crossmember. Anyone give a little insight?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
