Try Classic Parts of America out of Kansas City, Their catalog shows alot of interior. Don't know anythng about the quality or fit, just know they show the two-toned covers and foam kits.

Nobody makes a 100% original style seat cover, either deluxe or standard vinyl. SMS has the material, you'd just need to find a good upholstery shop.
Dad made this deluxe seat cover awhile back using NOS fabric and vinyl that the customer picked out.

Dang. I was hoping to buy a cover and just put it on myself. I'd even settle for one that is just similar to factory

If you don't mind spending the money and not having year specific, there's the original on Ebay that's been for sale for a long time.

Anyone have a link to the 65-66 Custom fabric that SMS has? I can't find it on their site.

You may have to contact SMS, I was told that they do have it but sometimes hearsay is just hearsay. I noticed that they don't have a listing for trucks just cars. I would just call and inquire...Vernski
