Just my 2 cents as a medic....looks like it rolled towards the driver side. Or wiley coyote dropped a bid acme anvil on it.

Judging by the steering wheel I'd say nobody was in it at the time. Probably a 4 wheelin accident and the driver jumped out before it went over. I can't figure out how the left side of the bed got bent to that angle and not destroy the bed wood or the other side of the bed. To me it looks like it rolled once towards the passenger side (clockwise) with the front right digging in and flipping the truck over sideways down on some rocks or something.
Either that or Wiley Coyote used the Acme safe instead of the anvil.

Either way, Id say Wiley Coyote was involved. Hope the driver and any passengers are ok though.
