1980 c10 no power to starter help

A week ago I had a shortAge on my positive battery terminal that burned up a wire running from the fire wall to the alternator also burned up my battery terminals I replaced all the burned wires and terminals but now i not getting any power to starter before I try to turn the ignition on it will give power to my radio but as soon as I turn the key everything looses power I have take the starter out and alternator and got them tested they both passed any help would be appreciated
