What are the steps for using CLR on the rust? Use it full strength or dilute it? Which Scotch Brite pads?

Hey mike I just did this with great results. I used 3 parts CLR to 1 part warm water and green scotchbrite pad and just hit the spots that I wanted to do, once you get started you'll see what you need/ or how much you want to do! Here is a couple pics
