Corvette regulator question

Guys,
I have read so much stuff that I am completely confused now. On the corvette filter/regulator which is the input and the return? Is the center the return - I've seen pictures and directions showing both ways.

Re: Corvette regulator question

The 3/8 male is the "in", the 5/16 male is the "return" and the 3/8 female is the "out" to fuel rail.
