Disc Brake Question?

My question to you guys is I am converting a 67 C10 to disc Brakes (using a 72 clip) My 67 has a power booster on the brake cylinder do I have to peplum it or change to power boost when changing to the 72 disc brakes? thanks Rick

You will have to add a 71-72 style M/C and disc brake proportioning valve when you switch to disc brakes.
(or an aftermarket M/C and prop valve)
This will require you to have to modify your steel brake lines to match the new connections points of the disc brake prop valve.

Just yesterday,.. I looked up a 1970 drum brake power booster,... and it appears to be the same part number as the 71-72 disc brake power booster.

Not sure if your 67 power booster is the same or not.

Only thing to look for is if yours has the long pushrod or short coming out of the booster into the master cylinder. You need to get the disc brake master cylinder with the matching configuration.
