Light Lenses Needed

I have a friend who is restoring a mid 60's Chevy truck back as a Bell Telephone service truck. He has lights that were required by certain states on this type of truck. They are supposed to be a GM option. He cannot find any numbers other than on the lens which is marked GUIDE R1D-60. They are 5 inch amber colored lenses. He is looking to replace them but cannot find them anywhere. We have both searched & searched. Anybody have anything like this in your parts stash? Any info on a supplier? Possibly a part reference or a part number? Any and all help appreciated!
Thanks
